We will review the building with our team, recent comparable sales, and current market conditions.

Once you decide to move forward, we sign the listing agreement so we can formally represent you and begin preparing the property for market.

Depending on the property, this may include cleaning, minor repairs, landscaping, or staging so the asset presents well to buyers.

We schedule professional photography and prepare the listing for the MLS and other marketing channels.

The listing is published and buyers begin scheduling showings or visiting open houses.
